Modern Methods of Masonry Repair

This CPD certified seminar aims to educate the specifier in the common causes of masonry failure and how structural faults can be reliably repaired and strengthened, specifically by using innovative Helifix techniques. This seminar focuses on non-disruptive solutions for masonry repairs to retain appearance and restore the long-term structural integrity. Repair options are illustrated through case studies for domestic and commercial structures, including historic and listed buildings. It also addresses the benefits of concealed non-disruptive repair methods with regard to cost-effectiveness, aesthetic impact, project timescales and design implications.

Stabilising Structures with Helical Micro-Piles

This CPD seminar examines the common causes of foundation failure and aims to educate the specifier in the methods of stabilising structures using innovative Leviat masonry repair and strengthening methods in conjunction with established helical micro-piling techniques.

This seminar also examines the benefits of non-disruptive lightweight piling and superstructure reinforcement techniques in relation to cost effectiveness, aesthetic impact, project timescales and design implications.

The seminar can be tailored specifically to remedial applications and / or new construction.

Sympathetic Rehabilitation of Masonry Arch Bridges

This CPD seminar examines the causes of typical masonry arch defects and how bridges suffering from such faults can be sympathetically rehabilitated by using innovative non-disruptive repair techniques from Leviat.
